I just love Stampin’ Up!’s range of A la Carte  stamps and this one is called Elizabeth (as it’s my name sake it must be a great stamp :))I used my Stamp-a-majig to position the sentiment.The butterfly is made in both card and vellum and the wings will sit up, to make it look quite 3D.
