Scrapbook Layout with Tassels I had lots of fun making this Scrapbook Layout with Tassels. This is one of my gorgeous Grand daughter’s in her day care photo from last year before she turned 2. She doesn’t much like things in her hair to keep it tidy and she’s a bit of an imp but very lovable. Here’s a closer look at the gold foil label from the Cupcakes & Carousels Kit. I used my Stamp-A-Ma-Gig to position the sentiment as… Read more »

Birthdays & Cake I do love Birthdays and of course Cake. This week I’ve incorporated Birthdays and Cake with Tassels. The Latte Girls are featuring Birthdays & Cake in the blog hop this week. Make sure you visit Leonie and Narelle’s blogs and leave a comment on their inspiration which they share. It’s always amazing and well worth the visit. I used the Cupcakes and Carousels Embellishment Kit from the Occasions Catalogue. Here’s a photo of what’s included in the kit. I… Read more »

It’s made using 2″ or 5cm squares and they’re in a 5″ x 7″ or 13.5cm x 17.5cm shadow box frame. It looks great on my old cedar chest or drawers. Top row showing some of the beautiful Designer Series Paper in the Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack and the bow is… Read more »

Last Sunday I held a class using the Stampin’ Up! Perpetual Calendar kit. Now this kit is great as it has all the embellishments and calendar pages for a whole year. It clips together, on the stiff backing board provided in the kit, using a bull-dog clip which you can also decorate. This is Jolan’s Perpetual Calendar completed. The ladies had such different outcomes with their calendars. I provided the stamp set, acrylic blocks and inks. We looked at the… Read more »
