You have to admit these faces are a little on the side of cute? I had made lots of Candy Cane Reindeer Boxes with the Envelope Punch Board and still had Candy Canes left over so decided to make these as an alternative. I’ve used quite a few punches for these including the Tree Builder Punch for the antler. I also punched out 2 of the Extra Large Ovals so I could sandwich the antlers and the bag between them. Where… Read more »

I’d made lots of Christmas cards this year and thought I had enough until my last market where I sold almost all of them. So today I needed to make more for my personal use. I fussy cut the little deer from Home For Christmas Designer Series Paper and layered it onto a Whisper White Tag which was cut with the Triple Banner Punch. I popped the deer up on Dimensionals. The Real Red Ribbon is retired but suited the… Read more »

Hand Sanitisers are always helpful and I mad quite a few for my end of year markets last Saturday. These are the Santa Claus versions. I just measured the bottle and made a box for it and decorated as I have my other “Santa or Mrs Claus” projects. I punched a small hole in either side towards the top and knotted and threaded the ribbon for a handle. I stamped the sentiment using Oh What Fun Photopolymer Stamp Set and… Read more »

So, I had all these pencils I found in a recent clean up and decided to bundle them up and sell them at my next Windsor Riverside Markets on Saturday 12th December 9am to 2pm. They’re similar to my other stocking stuffers so I haven’t done a video for these. Instructions: Cut card 5 1/2″ x 7″ and score at 1 1/2″; 2 1/2″; 4″ and 5″ and on the other side score at 6: Decide on a front and… Read more »

Here are my Mrs Claus Emery Board/Nail File Holders. I had a number of requests for a tutorial so today I have a quick video for you. Please note the holders in the video are a little different as I found the boards needed a longer ‘neck’ to stay in the holder. Stampin’ Up! also no longer have the Scallop Trim Border punch, so there is no ‘frill’ under the belt. Measurements: Card cut to 11 1/2″ x 2″ Score… Read more »

If you’re in or near the Hawkesbury area today, why not pop on over to Governor Phillip Park at Windsor to the Windsor Riverside Markets along the banks of the beautiful Hawkesbury River? There are lots of beautiful hand-made stalls, lots of food, face painting, live music, things for the children to do and of course while you’re there pop in and see me. I’ll have more of these great Tea Bag Holders. I shared the Festival of Trees ones the… Read more »

Isn’t amazing what you find when you have a bit of a clean out? I found these wonderful plastic tes tubes with lids. So I went to a whole sale sweet shop to buy white, green and red jelly beans. It’s coming up to Christmas isn’t it? No green jelly beans so had to substitute for green skittles. Now I was very good and not one sweet went into my mouth and all were scooped in with a lolly scoop… Read more »

At this time of year, we’re often looking for something small but nicely presented to pop into a card for a friend or acquaintance. Now, this idea isn’t original and I thank Josee from Stampin’ Gals Gone Wild for this idea. I will give you the basics of how to make it below. Designer Series Paper cut to 6 1/2″ x 4″ score at 3 1/4″ and then 1/2″ on each long side; cut off the 1/2″ sections from one 1/2 of… Read more »

Here’s another card I made from bits and pieces left over from make and takes. These bits have been on my desk for ages. I eventually get around to making something with all the little left over bits. I quite like how this card has turned out. I like the dimension I have been able to achieve with this card by using Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the trees, stars and the sentiment. I love how you can position… Read more »
