Freshly Brewed Projects Blog Hop – Inked Embossing Folders
It’s Wednesday which means another Latte Girls Blog Hop. This week it’s Freshly Brewed Projects Blog Hop – Inked Embossing Folders. This is a fun technique which adds interest and depth to your projects when you use Textured Impressions Embossing Folders. Make sure you check out what the other Latte Girls have to offer:

Here’s my Freshly Brewed Projects Blog Hop – Inked Embossing Folders creation:
This was so much fun to do. Mind you, you have to get the folder up the right way, nothing like having the darker colour for the ground at the top, is there? So I got it right the second time. I inked up the ‘ground’ in Pool Party and the ‘sky’ in Soft Sky. I used the tallest tree stamp from Lovely As A Tree in Garden Green and stamped it down on the folder. Next cam the clump of trees with the same colour. The I popped the Whisper White card onto the opposite side of the folder and closed it and then ran it through the Big Shot. Ink up on the raised side or the side which has Sizzix on the outside. Hope that makes sense?)

You can see by using the two colours you get some depth to the background. By using the taller tree first, it looks like it’s part of a stand of trees. It needed a little sparkle so I added some of the Metallic Enamel Shapes to it as well What do you think? Give this technique a try and upload your cards to my Facebook Business Page – CLICK HERE
