Today’s blog post is the last in my holiday season blog post for the year and is Quick Christmas Card. Can you believe I ran out of Christmas cards to send? I needed some quick but good looking Christmas Cards to send out to finish off for this year.
So, today I will share with you a few cards which were quite quick to make. I ended up making a few at a time.
Quick Christmas Card 1
Designer Series Paper is a great way to start and I’ve layered this one up on Silver Glimmer Paper. Just measure your card base and subtract 0.5 cm or 1/4″ from the top and 1 side to for your layers.
Once you stamp the sentiment, you can then use the Layering Square Framelit Dies to cut your sentiment pieces. Add a bow, stamp inside and on the outside of the envelope and you’re done.
Quick Christmas Card 2
This card, although it looks complicated, is just lots of layers. I looked at what Christmas papers I had left and went from there. So just measure up some Designer Series Paper add a piece of card on the back and lay them out on your card until you’re happy with them. Stamp your image or sentiment and layer it up as well.
Adhere your layers with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added some strips of Designer Series Paper to the inside of the card and the outside of the envelope to finish off. Add a few rhinestones here and there and you’re finished.
