It’s Balloons Everywhere

I’ve made an Easel Card this week for the Global Design Project #023 | Theme Challenge. It has many elements with dry and wet embossing, stamping off, ink distressing, masking and layering just to name a few. It was fun to make.

I had this idea in my head however it hasn’t quite turned out like the picture in my head. It’s close. I have other ideas for this challenge however I’m not sure I’ll get them made this week.

Balloon symbolize many things like justice, happiness, celebration, and many more.Mostly balloons use for decorative purposes.

The balloon symbolizes many things like justice, happiness, celebration, and many more.Mostly balloons are used for decorative purposes. For me they always mean a celebration and I hope it’s what’s conveyed in this card.

Here’s the inside of the card where I’ve done some masking with both clouds (Cupcake Builder Punch) and Balloons (Balloon Bouquet Punch). The sentiment is on a Silver Foil Scallop Oval, stamped on Whisper White with Tip Top Taupe and banner cut. I’ve then ink distressed it with Mint Macaron and layered the centre up with 2 Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots either side of the banner and attached it to the Silver Foil Scallop Oval. The Scallop Oval is adhered to the card base with Stampin Dimensionals.

This side view gives you a bit better idea of all the layers and elements in the card. The balloons on the easel part are adhered to each other with Glue Dots and when completely folded down, will still fit inside a Stampin’ Up! C6 Whisper White Envelope.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you come back again soon to see what else I have to share.

Remember, your creativeness is only limited by your imagination. Keep smiling and until next we share …
