I started monthly technique classes and this was one of the samples I made using the Emboss Resist and Watercolour Technique. The ladies loved the class and the technique. What do you think of the card? I simply love this bundle – the Rose Wonder Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Rose Garden Thinit Dies. It’s very versatile and has some wonderful sentiments as well.
The sentiment is stamped in Versamark on Basic Black and I used White Emboss Powder before heat setting and using the die from the Rose Garden Thinlit Dies to cut it out and placed Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back to adhere to the card front.
It’s important to use Shimmery White Card doing this technique as other card stock may damage the card stock. After embossing it’s important to spray the card liberally with water from a Stampin’ Spritzer, until the card starts to curl, then you can start adding colour as desired.
I’ve used a stamp from Gorgeous Grunge to stamp randomly with specks on the front of the card and added some Rhinestone Jewels to ‘bling’ it up.
I have used Blushing Bride and another stamp from the Rose Wonder Photopolymer stamp set to stamp inside the card and on the envelope.
I hope you like this card and would love to read your comments.
Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you come back again soon to see what else I have to share.
Remember, your creativeness is only limited by your imagination. Keep smiling and until next we share …
