This blog hop is an anything but holidays one, using holiday catalogue products. So that’s what I’ve done and focused on the Paisleys & Posies in the Holiday Catalogue.
My card and box both use this delightful Designer Series Paper and the Paisleys & Posies Photopolymer Bundle. Here’s my card:
The sentiment is from Frosted Medallions in the Holiday Catalogue and is layered on some Copper Foil Sheet and adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped one of the images in Versamark on Night of Navy and then used Copper Stampin’ Emboss Powder and die cut it using the Paisley Framelit Die. Don’t you just love the effect of the Copper?
The above image shows 2 of the die shapes I used in making this card. I used Night of Navy ink to stamp on the inside of the card and the outside of the envelope – you can’t have a naked envelope can you?
Now my next project uses one of the White Gift Boxes which come with acetate sleeves. I simply made a belly band for it using the same products as the card.
They are small gift boxes with acetate sleeves, perfect for small gifts and goodies such as candles, chocolate etc. The finer details are :
* 8 boxes
* 3″ x 3″ x 3″ (7.6 x 7.6 x 7.6 cm)
* Food safe.
The belly band joins at the bottom. I die cut with the Copper Foil 3 of the leaves and used a Stampin’ Dimensional and some Glue Dots to adhere them to the top of the box.
Doesn’t it just look gorgeous? I punched a small circle of Night of Navy for the centre. The ribbon is from the Ribbon Trio Pack and co-ordinates beautifully with these projects and the Designer Series Paper.
I hope you enjoyed these projects today using products from the Holiday Catalogue. All Stampin’ Up! products are very versatile and co-ordinate with most other Stampin’ Up! products. Now all the products I’ve used today are in the current sale.
