Banner Bannter Bundle

Stampin’ Up! offer amazing products at fantastic prices. One of the extra specials is being able to buy bundles and save 15%. Banner Banter and the coordinating Banner Punch are 2 such products which can be purchased as a bundle in either wood or clear mount and you can save 15%. Can’t get much better than that can it? So here are a couple of cards using the Banner Banter Bundle.

This card uses the new In Colors for 2015 – 2017 and a couple of extra stamp sets to enhance the card in terms of sentiment and look. The little heart comes from Something For Baby. I feel it fits right in on this card.

The Baker’s Twine I left in Whisper White to wrap around the card, however I felt the swag needed some colour. I grabbed a Stampin’ Spritzer, some rubbing alcohol, Watermelon Wonder re-inker, a plastic bag and a length of Baker’s Twine in Whisper White and made some Watermelon Wonder Baker’s Twine to go with the card.

I also rounded the corners on both layers of the sentiment with the Project Life Corner Punch.

The above card uses the same set. I’ve used a sentiment from the set and stamped it in Tuxedo Memento Black and used the punch to punch the end of the banners by threading a 5/8″ strip of card up through the banner and just punching the banner end.

The effect of the 2 pinks and the Tip Top Taupe and Mint Macaron are great I think. I’ve also kept the postie happy with these 2 cards by stamping the outside of the envelopes.

Of course the recipient is always happy to receive a little stamp on the inside for decoration and the wonderful words of the giver hand written inside.
