Beautiful Bunch for Mothers’ Day

Mothers’ Day is just over a month away and with all my Easter treats and cards made, I thought it was time to move onto the next celebration.

I’ve used the 2013 – 2015 In Colours to make this card. The Striped Scallop Thinlits Die adds texture and interest as the background feature.

I used the memento Black ink pad to stamp the centre of each flower onto So Saffron card and then punched the centres out using the 7/8″ Scallop Circle Punch.

I punched the flowers out using the Fun Flower Punch and curled the petals and leaves upwards using my bone folder.

Here’s the same card using different colours. This time I’ve used Soft Sky, So Saffron and Melon Mambo.

I’ve used Garden Green to punch out another Fun Flower and cut it into petals which have been curled using my Bone Folder. This time I curled everything under.

I’ve used another stamp from the set to stamp on the inside of each card and on the back and front of the envelopes. The sentiment comes from And Many More Stamp Set.
