Botanical Butterfly

Welcome to another Latte Girls’ Blog Hop. This week we are showcasing Botanical Butterfly. This gorgeous Designer Series Paper will soon be gone as it’s only available through Sale-A-Bration.

For this card I have used:

Botanical Butterfly

Cut the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper to 14.9 cm x 6 cm or 5 1/2″ x 2 1/4″ and 12.9 cm x 8 cm or 5 1/8″ x 3″, also for the flap of your Whisper White C6 Envelopes.

Use the Butterfly Duet Punch to punch out one of the large butterflies from a scrap of the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper

Stamp the sentiment in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad on White Vellum A4 Card Stock then die cut it using the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies. Also, die cut the lattice type element from the Petals & More Thinlits Dies from White Vellum A4 Card Stock

Tip: When adhering Vellum, try to adhere it so the adhesive is hidden behind other elements i.e. in this case, behind the butterfly with a single Stampin’ Dimensionals

Tie a loose bow from the Organdy Ribbon Combo Pack and adhere it to the back of the oval using Tear & Tape Adhesive

Tip: Tear & Tape Adhesive is a great adhesive for your ribbon. It is also acid and lignin free and unlike other double-sided tapes, it will keep your projects together for the long term.

Use Balmy Blue Classic Stampin’ Pad on the card insert of Whisper White A4 Card Stock cut to 13.5 cm x 9.5 cm or 5″ x 3 3/4″ to stamp a small butterfly.
