Welcome to another Simple Stamping Techniques. The Design Team are sharing inspiration on Brayering. Hop along with us and leave a comment if you can.

For this card use:

Tip: Always start with your Sponge Brayers off to the side of the Shimmery White A4 Card Stock. This ensures you don’t get too much ink in the one spot.

Tip: When inking up your Sponge Brayers roll it in one direction on your ink pad, lift and start again. This will avoid the build-up of ink in one spot on your Sponge Brayers

Tip: Start with a light coverage of ink. It’s easier to put more ink on than it is to take ink off

Ink up the Sponge Brayers with Mossy Meadow Classic Stampin’ Pad and then roll it onto the Shimmery White A4 Card Stock. Gradually build up the colour until you are happy with it.

Add some Early Espresso Classic Stampin’ Pad down the bottom of the card using another Sponge Brayers. Again build up the colour until you’re happy.

I was looking for an earthy type background for these gorgeous roses.

Finally, emboss your brayered card with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder  and adhere to the front of the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue
