This card may look a little complicated to make but it’s quite easy. Really!

Cut a card base of Balmy Blue A4 Cardstock to 21 cm x 14.9 cm or 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″. Score and fold at 10.5 cm or 4 1/4″

Cut some of the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper 10.1 cm x 7.3 cm or 4 1/8″ x 2 7/8″ and use Liquid Multipurpose Glue to adhere it to the centre of your card.

Tip: By adhering your Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper first, it will help you judge which Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies to use to die cut your frame using Basic Black A4 Card Stock

Stamp your sentiment from Hello Cupcake Photopolymer Stamp Set onto some Whisper White A4 Card Stock then die cut it using the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies

Tip: Use your die cut sentiment to work out which size scallop circle to cut from Balmy Blue A4 Cardstock using the Layering Circle Framelits Dies.

Tie a bow from the Organdy Ribbon Combo Pack and adhere it to the sentiment piece using Glue Dots

Butterfly Celebrate

Use the Butterfly Duet Punch to punch out a large butterfly from one of the sheets of Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper.

Tip: Check your scraps of Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper and try to punch a butterfly from one of those

Add Pearl Basic Jewels to the centre of the butterfly and then adhere it to the sentiment piece using Stampin’ Dimensionals

Tip: Add one of the Pearl Basic Jewels so it’s half on and half off the head of the butterfly and this way you will be able to fit 5 pearls on the body. Otherwise, you will have some of the head or base of the body showing.
