Welcome to my blog again today, I do appreciate you spending time with me. Today the Simple Stamping Techniques design Team have a Blog Hop for you inspiring you with projects using the Cling Wrap Sprinkles Technique.
For this card use:
- Beauty Abounds Cling Stamp Set
- Butterfly Beauty Dies
- Pinewood Planks Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
- Rose Metallic Thread
- Pigment Sprinkles
- Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper
Cling Wrap Sprinkles
First, tear off a piece of Cling Wrap which is larger than the surface you wish to cover
Then, lightly sprinkle Pigment Sprinkles on it. Only use a tiny amount as a little goes a long way
Use a Stampin’ Spritzer and spray the cling wrap area with water
Place a piece of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, over the area and then flip it over, so you can see the front
Scrunch up the Cling Wrap over the surface of the Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, sort of smooshing the colour around
Allow it to dry naturally. This is the hardest bit as you can’t speed up the process with your heat tool. I did it at night and left it overnight untouched. That way I wasn’t tempted to play with it until the next morning.
Cling Wrap Sprinkles Basics
Use your coloured piece of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper for a:
- die cut a shape
- die cut as I have here
- what ever you like
Cut a piece of Whisper White A4 Card Stock and run it through with the Pinewood Planks Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
Stamp your sentiment from Beauty Abounds Cling Stamp Set in Real Red Classic Stampin’ Pad on Whisper White A4 Card Stock. Trim to size and add Rose Metallic Thread to the back of it with some Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots
Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you come back again soon to see what else I have to share.
Remember, your creativeness is only limited by your imagination. Keep smiling and until next we share…
