Critters. I’m sure there’s a poem about Critters, however I digress. Today the Latte Girls have pleasure in bring you all things Critters. We have a couple of stamp set which could be used for Critters, so I do hope you enjoy he inspiration today.

We love to read your comments each time you visit our blogs, we appreciate the time you take in leaving comments.

OK, so I don’t have any of the creepy crawly type Critters or even those which sing sweetly but I do have a couple of lions and I think Critters are a living creature or animal (mind you mine is only small in the realms of card making but not in the wild)

I do have some bees so they are small critters, right? Don’t you just love this stamp set called A Little Wild, all the images are so cute. I did a terrible thing!! I cut the images in half so I could use just the front. They’re meant as tag toppers but I just wanted the front image for another project. They’ll go back together on a block and will still cut out in the Framelits, so no harm done.

Do you like my lions? I’ve stamped them on Watercolor Paper with Basic Gray Archival Ink and then used a Blender Pen with Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake, Basic Gray and Powder Pink. Then I used my Aqua Painter to give them a wash of Pumpkin Pie. Back with the Blender Pen to add a bit of shading and shadow on the ‘ground’ near their feet.

The lions were then washed over with a Clear Wink of Stella to give a glisten effect.

The Watercolor background has a wash of Pool Party meeting a wash of Crumb Cake with the bees being coloured with Daffodil Delight.
