Foil and Glimmer

Welcome to my blog again today for all things Foil and Glimmer in this  Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop. Thanks for joining us, we really do appreciate your time.

Foil and Glimmer

For this card use:

Foil and Glimmer

Now, my apologies for the ‘gold’ look on this card. We are currently surrounded by bushfires and hence there is much smoke around which is blocking the sin and giving an eerie look. This was the best I could do in the current conditions.

Foil and Glimmer

Stamp the sentiment from Merry Christmas To All Photopolymer Stamp Set with Versamark Pad on Whisper White A4 Card Stock and heat set with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder

Use the Layering Ovals Dies to die-cut the sentiment and another oval which is a little larger in Silver Foil Sheets

Foil and Glimmer

Die-cut some Silver Foil Sheets snowflakes from Seasonal Layers Dies to embellishm the front of your card. Adhere these using Fine-Tip Glue Pen.

More Foil and Glimmer

Use Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere the Silver 3/8″ Metallic-Edge Ribbon to the back of the Feels Like Frost Specialty 6″ X 6″ (15.2 X 15.2 Cm) Designer Series Paper.

Adhere some of the Feels Like Frost Specialty 6″ X 6″ (15.2 X 15.2 Cm) Designer Series Paper to the card insert and to the flap of the Whisper White C6 Envelopes

  1. Absolutely Beautiful Libby! I may have to case this. It is so in my wheel house. TFS

  2. Such a pretty design and the use of foil is exemplary! I love the attention to detail for the inside and envelope too. Thanks for sharing x
