I’ve made two cards which are almost the same but I’ve used different colour schemes and it makes the cards look totally different. Here’s my first card:

This card revolves around Crumb Cake and Night of Navy. I’ve stamped the floral image in Night of Navy on Crumb Cake card stock and coloured some of the outlined flowers in with a White Signo Uniball Gel Pen (Retired). I tried the White Chalk Marker but it didn’t give the desired effect. I’ve also added some groups of 3 white dots to the image.

The sentiment is stamped with Versamark and embossed with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder before being die cut with a circle from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies (try saying that quickly 🙂 .)  I’ve added a band of Vellum under the sentiment piece. I have also stamped the envelope and the insert for the card with Crumb Cake.

Now my second card is made using Powder Pink and Berry Burst. What do you think?

Freshly Brewed with Wood Words 2

I quite like the transformation the different colours give to the card. I used the Powder Pink from the In Colors 2017 – 2019 Stampin’ Write Markers to colour the flowers and did a bit more stamping of the Floral Image in Berry Burst.

The sentiment piece and the layers are adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Foam Adhesive Strip. Of course I have stamped the insert and the outside of the envelope with Powder Pink.

Here are some ideas, using the bundle, from the Stampin’ Up! team:
