Today’s card is for the Global Design Project #GDP028!
This week we get to CASE the incredible Jessica Williams. Jess is on the Stampin’ Up!® Artisan Design team and is from Australia.
Here’s my entry which is CASEing the design loosely of Jessica’s card. What do you think?
I seem to have made a few cards lately with the ideas in my head not turning out to be quite what I had envisioned. Anyway I felt the design leant itself to a ‘guy’ card and seeing as I’ve made a few ‘guy’ cards lately I went with it.
Here’s the card I CASed for the challenge:
I’ve used Jessica’s basic design and added some elements. I used Crumb Cake to ink up the Woodland Textured impressions Embossing Folder and then windowed that inside some Deco Label Framelit Dies. I added the Gold Satin and Basic Black Satin Stitched ribbon to both sides of the top panel and tied a small piece of Linen Thread on the one side as well.
The camera from the Traveler Stamp Set seems to fit with a ‘bush’ theme and the Woodland Textured Impressions Folder. The sentiment is from Petite Pairs. I think it turned out alright even if it’s not quite what I had planned in my head.
Make sure you pop over and check out the other entries in the Global Design Project #GDP028. The inspiration from the team is amazing as well.
Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you come back again soon to see what else I have to share.
Remember, your creativeness is only limited by your imagination. Keep smiling and until next we share …
