Here’s my last card share for Mothers Day for 2016. Very similar to the one I shared before, just a different side of the Designer Series Paper. This card was actually chosen by my husband to mail to his mother who is 88.
Just a hint when you’re doing cards like this, cut your shapes, whatever shape that may be, first and then very lightly mark the outline with a pencil on the card to be stamped on. Then you should be able to get everything lined up perfectly as you know where your image has to be stamped.
I’ve used a combination of coloured little tiny flowers on this card and I’ve adhered them with Glue Dots. Also when you’re using Stampin’ Dimensionals around the under side of the oval, just use half a Dimensional each time as that’s all that’s really required.
Hopefully my blog posts will resume as scheduled next week. I have 2 technique classes today and have made 6 cards to share, plus my pre-order for the new Stampin’ Up! Catalogue has arrived, so I’ll be playing with those new goodies too.
If’ you’d like a new catalogue and you live in Australia, please email me with your name, phone number and address and I’ll be happy to send you one.
Don’t forget to shop the Retirement Sale. The Ovals Collection Framelits and the English Garden Designer Series Paper are both on the Retirement List and are at reduced prices.
Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you come back again soon to see what else I have to share.
Remember, your creativeness is only limited by your imagination. Keep smiling and until next we share …
