Welcome to another Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop with a theme of Monochromatic. I’m so glad you could join us today and hope you visit all the blogs in the hop and leave a comment as you go.

If you’ve arrived here in order, you have arrived from the wonderful Denise Cox. To see a full list of participants, scroll down below my signature and thanks again for stopping by.

For this layout use:

This is my eldest at his younger sister’s wedding. Always has something funny to contribute

Tip: Use a pair of compasses or a plate to make your ‘rough’ circles with a pencil and then go over the lines with the Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker

Tip: Use the back of one of the equilateral triangle images from The Right Triangle Photopolymer Stamp Set to create the plain colour triangles. Sadly there’s no die-cut for these triangles so just use your Paper Snips to cut around them.

More Monochromatic

Use the Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Refill to create a wash with some water and flick the ink on the background using one of the Water Painters.

  1. Fantastic use of the triangle stamps Libby, love how you created your circular design behind the triangles <3 Thanks for joining in again.
    Cheers Shaz

  2. Bravo pour cette page. J’adore les triangles. Je trouve qu’il y a de la magie dans cette création!

  3. He sounds like a hoot Libby! Great page it works well with your photo. Love the circles at the back they bring it all together to your focal pint.

  4. The way you used the triangles really creates focus on the photo. He does look like a character. I would not have even thought of black as a color for a monochromatic, kudos to you!
