Welcome to another Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop. Our theme is Selfie.  I just had to scrapbook this photo of my daughter and her two littlies, hamming it up for the camera.

This was such a cheeky photo my daughter took of the three of them, I just had to scrapbook it. I used some of the colours in the photo to help me decide what papers i’d use.

Now if you’re hopping with us in order, you have arrived from the wonderful Marga Bultena – Netherlands. Did you like her very creative page? You’ll find a list of all the blog hop participants at the end of this post. Please try to leave some love in the form of a comment. We love comments.

For this layout use:

Cut a long strip of Mango Melody A4 Cardstock and run it through the Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder twice.

Tip: Hid the join when you run the card through the Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder by placing it behind a decorative element, in this case, an envelope

Like mother like daughter? Cheeky, funny faces for this photo

Have some fun with Pigment Sprinkles on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper and some water sprayed on using a Stampin’ Spritzer

Tip: Give your coloured Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper by spraying with a combination of rubbing alcohol and Frost White Shimmer Paint. Place both is a Stampin’ Spritzer, shake well and spray liberally. Allow to dry.

More Selfie

Tip: Flip the tag from the Magnolia Lane Cork Embellishments over and write on it using the o.5 pen from the Journaling Pens

  1. Oh I LOVE your colours and your page Libby! So bright and cheery and they match the photo so well! Great techniques, the envelope is awesome and a great idea for holding a little message thanks for sharing such a fun page!

  2. So much fun and colour and movement and joy! What an amazing page! Love the envelope idea – that’s super clever, and the long strip of corrugated cardstock is super cool.
