I have something different today in the form of a scrapbook page. The page features one of my beautiful Grand daughter’s after having her face painted. Sweet Scarlett has a look for every occasion and is a little impish.
The face painting dictated what I did with this photo and whilst it’s a relatively simple layout the fussy cutting seemed to take an age.
I ended up fussy cutting a whole sheet of 12″ x 12″ Tea Room Speciality Designer Series Paper. Chose 3 and back them on Basic Black Card Stock, then fussy cut again.
Layer 1 lot of flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals on top of this completed embellishment, 3 times.
Use Vesamark ink to ink up another group of 3 flowers, then sprinkle Clear Emboss Powder over them and heat set. This gives them a beautiful shine. Layer this lot of 3 flowers on top of the other embellished flowers with Moni Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use a piece of Basic Black to back your photo and adhere at an angle.
Your photo would work either landscape or portrait with this technique. Use any size 6″ x 4″ or 15 cm x 10 cm or 5″ x 7″ or 12.5 cm x 17.5 cm.
Use the Memories & More Journaling Pens or the Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker. I used the fine tip and a borrowed alphabet stencil.
Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you come back again soon to see what else I have to share.
Remember, your creativeness is only limited by your imagination. Keep smiling and until next we share…
