Take Your Pick Tool
Every so often, Stampin’ Up! comes up with a tool that is a game changer. We demonstrators have been asking for this sort of tool for a while and now we’ve got it!
The last “game changer” type (in my humble opinion) was the stamp positioning tool, the Stamparatus. It made two, three, and four step stamping SO easy for my customers. If you’re not familiar with that tool, I’ll have a video farther down in this post where you can check it out, while back to the Take Your Pick Tool.
This little gem is designed to make working with small embellishments so much easier. The “putty” end is perfect for picking up sequins and placing them perfectly on your projects. The flat, a spatula is designed to easily slip under adhesive backed elements such as rhinestones, pearls and enamel dots. There is also a paper piercing tool AND two sizes of stylus tips. Seriously, this is A-MAAAA-ZING! I grabbed a video done by one of our product specialists in the home office. Check it out:
If you notice in the Holiday catalogue this tool is on page 30 and you have the replacement putty refill. It comes with 1 refill included. Trust me it will last quite a long time, well all depending on how much putty you squeeze out and how much you use it, but overall, it should last for months. The refill comes in a pack of 2. Make sure you place the cap on when you are not using it so it will be free of dust. Dust would stop the stickiness.
What all this tool can do?
Here is what you can use the took for and I am sure many of you will have more suggestion if so please leave a comment.
- Putty to pick little punch out, sequins.
- Spatula un-glue layers.
- scoring tool to score your cardstock. I use the big tip for Designer Paper and the small tip for card stock
- Paper piercer, you can make the holes for decor or holes for brads.
Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you come back again soon to see what else I have to share.
Remember, your creativeness is only limited by your imagination. Keep smiling and until next we share…
